A complete list of terms and conditions will be provided with your quotation or invoice.

Bookings & Payments

All décor items remain the property of Fabulous Functions and are hired out only.

A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date.

Final payment must be made before collection, delivery, or setup takes place.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

No items will be released without full payment.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made close to the event date may still be liable for the full booking amount, especially where stock has been reserved or custom work has already started.

Hire Period & Returns

Hired items must be returned on the agreed return date in the same condition they were collected or delivered.

Late returns may result in additional hire charges.

Clients are responsible for checking quantities and condition upon collection or delivery.

Delivery, Collection & Setup

Delivery and collection fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Setup and breakdown times must be arranged in advance.

The client or a responsible representative must be available at the venue to check setup before the event starts.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Clients are responsible for any damage, breakages, theft, or loss from the time items are collected or delivered until returned.

Damaged or missing items will be charged for accordingly.

Items returned excessively dirty may result in additional cleaning fees.

Candles, wax damage, stains, burn marks, water damage, and weather-related damage are the client’s responsibility.

Flowers & Fresh Florals

Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.

While every effort will be made to match requested flowers and colours, substitutions of equal value may sometimes be necessary.

Flower pricing may change due to seasonal availability and supplier increases.

Weather & Outdoor Events

Fabulous Functions cannot be held responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, extreme heat, load shedding, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Clients remain responsible for hired items during outdoor use.

Liability

Fabulous Functions will not be held liable for injury, damage, delays, or losses arising from venue conditions, weather, third-party suppliers, or misuse of hired items.

All hired items and setups remain at the client’s own risk during the hire period.
